Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Deadline

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 5 days from the date of purchase. If more than 5 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified period.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We exclusively replace items that are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, email us at support@computerexchange.com or call us +971 56 434 4129 and send your item to our Computer Exchange shop in Abu Dhabi.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: support@computerexchange.com or call us +971 56 434 4129. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
